Formed in 1995, Regtel is the Independent Regulator of the content and promotion of Premium Rate Telecommunications Services. Regtel operates through a strict Code of Practice which must be observed by all companies or individuals offering Premium Rate Services in Ireland. Regtel is a not for profit limited company and is financed by a charge on call revenue.
